This is the first receipe I publish. When I looked at the picture in the Blog of Helene. I was tempted instantly.
This melting chocolate cake is perfect to share with your loving ones.
Ingredients for 2 persons:
25 g sugar (2 tbsp)
15 g flour (1 1/2 tbsp)
50 g dark chocolate ( more than 70% cacao)
some butter for the custard cup
Preheat the oven at 400°F. In a bowl beat the egg and the sugar. Add the flour and stir well.
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter. Add rhe chocolate mixture to the bowl. Stir well.
Butter the custard cup. Pour the final mixture into the custard cup. Bake for 9 minutes or untill edges
are set but center is soft.
Serve with vanilla ice cream YUMMY.
