Blueberry clafotis with chocolate

This is again a French dessert recipe. It is no secret for everybody now that I love French food. It is part of my culture. It is easy to make and very healthy.

You will need:


200 g (7 oz) of blueberries

½ cup of chocolate chips

2 eggs

½ cup (70g) of whole white wheat flour

¼ cup of sugar

1 cup of milk

1 ½ tbsp (20g) of melted butter

1 tsp of vanilla extract


Wash the blueberries. Preheat the oven to 375° F.



Grease the baking dish and sprinkle evenly 1 tbsp of flour so that the clafotis didn’t stick.

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar with a mixer. Incorporate the flour than the milk and stirring well. Then add the vanilla extract and the melted butter. Stir again.

Put the blueberries into the baking dish. Pour the egg mixture. Then put the chocolate chips and press them slightly until the egg mixture covers them. (I do this because if you add the chocolate chips the egg mixture, they will stick to the bottom of the baking pan).

Cook for 40 minutes. Enjoy and don't forget to leave a comment if you like it.
