Tuna with lemon and capers

The yellowfin and me is a love story. Here an easy way of preparing Tuna Steak. You come back from work tired and you want something fast and savory. This is the perfect recipe for you!!! 

 

For 2 persons

2 yellowfin Tuna steak

1 tbsp of capers

1 tbsp of olive oil

2 tsp of cumin

2 tbsp of scallions diced

2 tbsp of parsely chopped

Juice of one lemon

¼ cup of water

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Season each side of the steaks with salt and pepper. Then spread 1 tsp of cumin in both sides of the steak.  In a small bowl mix, the lemon juice, the capers, the parsley, oil and water. Pour this mixture over the fish. Cook for 18 minutes. Enjoy!!!
