Blue Chesse Lasagna

This is a very quick and delicious lasagna French recipe. It is excellent for blue cheese lovers. 


You will need:

9 lasagna sheets

3 tbsp butter

1/3 cup all purpose flour

2 ½ cup milk

150 g beef salami

150 g blue cheese

1 cup Parmesan

1 cup Ricotta

Salt, pepper

 

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Sauce Béchamel: In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat, add flour and whisk until smooth, 2 minutes. Gradually add warm milk whisking constantly until the sauce is creamy but not thick. (We need the pasta to absorb the sauce). Reduce the heat to low and add the blue cheese. Let it melt. Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the Ricotta.

Cook the pasta.

Ladle some of the sauce into an 8-inch square baking dish then spread 3 sheets of lasagna. Add 1/3 of the sauce, the ½ of salami beef, and then some Parmesan cheese. Repeat the operation 2 times. In the top layer do not put the beef salami because it will become dry. Cook uncovered for 40 minutes.
