This is a super delicious brioche I found on the French cooking website: foodies.com. Try it and I promise you won’t regret it.

You will need

100 ml of whipping or heavy cream

350 g of bread or all purpose flour (3 cups)

1 package of active yeast

3 eggs

½ tsp salt

50  sugar  (1/4 cup))

60 g room temperature butter (4 t bsp)

Dissolve this yeast in the warm cream and ½ tsp of sugar.

In the standing mixer beat the eggs with sugar. Add the butter and beat again. Add the flour and salt.

Pour the cream yeast mixture over the bread and beat at low speed for 4 minutes.  Add the chocolate chips, then beat at medium speed for 5 min or until the dough form a ball.

Grease a 9 inch pan. Pour the batter in the pan. Let it rise for 1 hour  and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

Enjoy!!!
