Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is a delicious dip I made on Saturday night. The entire guests loved it and it super easy to make.



You will need:

8 oz of cream cheese at room temperature

9 oz frozen artichoke, thawed and well drained (squeeze the water from the artichoke)

10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and well drained (squeeze the water from the spinach)

½ cup light mayonnaise

½ cup grated parmesan

2 garlic cloves

½ tsp salt and pepper

¼ shredded mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Grease 2-q baking dish.

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients with the exception of the mozzarella.

Spoon the batter into a baking dish. Top with the mozzarella. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or bread.
