Indian grilled lamb chops

Today for the Aid I decided to try this recipe from my magazine “coup de pouce”. I didn’t suspect that is going to be so delicious.

For 4 portions you will need:

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lime juice

2 garlic gloves finely diced

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger (I substitute it with ½ tsp of ground ginger)

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp turmeric

½ tsp salt

3 lb lamb chops

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric and salt. Transfer this mixture to a ziplog bag. Add the lamb chops.  Toss well and let them marinate for 15 minutes. Grill and enjoy!!!
