Orange fennel salad

The fennels remember me of my childhood. I was especially happy in creating this salad.

It is simply delicious!!!

2 big oranges

1 small onion sliced

5 tbsp of black olives

1 big fennel bulb

Cut the fennel bulb into wedges. Peel each orange and remove pith with a knife, and slice. Mix everything together and dress with orange-mustard vinaigrette.
